ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!  We don't work on Shabbat (Saturdays) so this may affect processing time.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders containing items from the vendors Mountain Soul Jewelry, Highland Queen Ranch and/or Salty Mustang Co. are generally shipped within 5-7 days using USPS.  Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to orders from vendors Mountain Soul Jewelry, Highland Queen Ranch and Salty Mustang Co.  For larger items that are available or will become available, including but not limited to pottery, tables, etc. the shipping cost will be calculated by weight and/or size then adjusted accordingly. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping for vendors Mountain Soul Jewelry, Highland Queen Ranch and Salty Mustang Co. which is subject to change depending on size of product ordered.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salty Mustang Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@SaltyMustangCo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
